Today, we will know how we can make Korean spicy noodles. One of the very common dishes in Korea, Fast, easy, and delicious.

Recipe.

1Tsp Salt

1 Egg

Cold water

1Tsp Chili powder

40g Gochujang chili paste

20g Sugar

50g Kimchi

12ml Soy sauce

5g Garlic

5ml Apple cider vinegar

10g Sesame oil + Sesame

1Tsp Salt

180g Noodles

Cucumber

Normal water

Instructions.

First, boil the egg. Don’t forget to add a little bit of salt to the water. Medium heat for 7 minutes. After the egg boiled, gently throw it into cold water, so it will be easier to peel later.

First, the necessary sauce that is in most Korean food is a spicy sauce. I used 40g (around 2 tbsp). After that, add 1tsp Korean chili powder. You can use other chili powder instead. You can adjust the spiciness because not all people like spicy.

Add 20g (1tbsp) sugar, and 5g garlic (2, 3 garlic cloves). Add 5ml vinegar.

You can use 10ml kimchi juice instead, to make taste better. Add 12ml (1tbsp) soy sauce.

You can adjust the amount of kimchi, also the flavors. I used 50g (without the juice). Don’t put too much, it would be very sour.

Finally is 10g sesame oil, which will make the dish smell good.

 Mix all together, until the sugar dissolved and everything is well mixed. Throw it there, and look at me.  Add water into the pot. After that, add 1tsp salt.

Noodle steps.

Wait until the water boiled, then add the noodles in. I used 180g Korean noodles, Cook around 4 minutes (from the time when adding noodles).

After the noodles are cooked, pour them into the basket strainer, and then wash them under the water tap. Rub it gently so the noodles will be cleaned, and separated. After the noodles are cleaned, cool, and separated, pour them into the sauce bowl. Mix it up and we done. It is quicker than we think.

We have to mix quickly, or the noodles will be mushy. Cut some cucumber in a nice way, and then add the boiled egg.

Finally, add few fried-white sesame seeds.
