1: The Ingredients.

1: 250g Cream cheese.

2: 60g Sugar.

3: 5g Cake flour.

4: 1 Egg yolk & 1 Egg.

5: 150g whipping cream.

2: Instructions.

First, we will put 250g of room temperature cream cheese into a bowl.

Use a spatula and mash the cream cheese up, remember that the cream cheese has to be at room temperature, the eggs and whipping cream too.

Add 60g of sugar; mix it up until the sugar is dissolved, you can also use a whisk.

When the sugar is dissolved, put in 5g of flour (any kind you like).

Note: all the other people add the flour at the end but I think the mixture is too watery so if you add flour at the end, it’s just going to clot.

Put in the yolks and keep on mixing.

Crack another egg into the batter and keep mixing.

Add 150g of whipping cream and keep mixing.

Bring a Cake mold, (Size depending on your cake).

Pour the batter into the mold and, bake it at 220°C for 28-30 minutes depending on your oven (prepare the oven before putting it in for 15min).

When the baking is done, the cake will be ready, just you have to wait about an hour to get cold.

This cake is so easy to make, and it’s so delicious, it deserves to try it.
