Today we will see a very delicious Italian dessert called “Tiramisu”.

It’s deserved to try it in your kitchen.

Ingredients

3 Eggs separated.

1 tsp Vanilla Extract.

1 Cup – 250ml Espresso.

½ Cup – 50g Sugar.

Cocoa Powder for dusting.

1 Cup – 250g Mascarpone.

About 30 Lady Fingers.

Instructions

1: Separate the eggs, add the yolk to a large mixing bowl, add the white part of the egg to another bowl.

2: Add sugar to the egg yolks and place the bowl in a pot of boiling water.

3: Whisk the egg yolk and sugar together until lightened, white and slippery, remove from the heat.

4: Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.

5: Whisk the egg whites until hard peaks form.

6: Fold the egg whites into one-third of the egg yolk mixture at a time until well mixed.

7: Dip your crunchy fingers into the espresso for a few seconds, then put it in a bowl until it completely covers the base.

8: Top with half of the custard and repeat with the ladyfingers.

9: Finally, sprinkle on the last egg, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
