For all chip cookies lovers, today we will see how we can make simple and easy chip cookies.

1: The Ingredients.

1: 120g Unsalted butter

2: 40g Sugar

3: 80g Dark brown sugar

4: 1Tsp Vanilla extract

5: 1 Egg

6: 150g All-purpose flour

7: 1/2Tsp Baking soda

8: 50g Dark chocolate

9: 100g Chocolate chip

2: Instructions.

First, I will whisk 120g of Room Temperature Butter, for better taste use unsalted butter.

Then add 40g of granulated sugar, to the butter. Pour 80g of dark brown sugar. We can use light brown sugar also.

After that throw in that vanilla extract. And keep whisking until the mixture turns a light brown color.

Then add 150g of the flour, and 1/2 tsp of baking soda in a bowl. Remember to sieve it to get rid of some of the clumps.

When the dough is smooth and well-mixed, try to break 50g of chocolate’s bones into pieces, around 0,5 cm big, and put it into the bowl.

No need to be an exact size, but do not leave it in big chunks.

Add 100g of chocolate chip in the bowl, and keep whisking until all mixed together.

After that, use an ice cream scooper to scoop the exact amount of dough, for each cookie on the baking tray.

 If you don’t have the ice cream scooper, you can use a spoon which is a huge pain in the neck. And if it’s being stubborn, you have to put it in the fridge for 30min for the dough to set.

When your delicious dough is sitting on the baking tray, you can add some small chocolate chips on top, so it looks tasty when done.

In the last step, put your cookie doughs into the oven at 190C around 15 min.

Watch your cookies rises in the oven, will look so yummy.
